This is where transformation begins. Overwhelm doesn't have to be your normal.
Through my programme "Overwhelm No More," I've guided women to break free from the cycle of stress that drains their energy and steals their joy. Together, we uncover the root causes of overwhelm and replace them with clarity, intentional goals, and authentic leadership.
As a certified Executive Coach and someone who has navigated boardrooms across East Africa, I've identified three hidden barriers that keep women stuck:
It's time to OWN your power.
You're drowning in demands. Too many priorities, too little clarity on what truly matters.
You've forgotten your value. Imposter syndrome and self-doubt have dimmed your confidence.
You've lost your direction. Goals feel misaligned, and your leadership no longer reflects who you are.
From corporate boardrooms to intimate high-tea gatherings, the Purple Circle extends its reach through transformative speaking engagements and coaching activations.
Addressing the female staff complement across Tanzania (some joining virtually, most gathered in the room) Rosalynn explored how stillness is not passivity, but the deepest form of leadership power.
"What does stillness afford you? The capacity to lead from a place of wisdom, strength and clarity."
In a world that celebrates constant hustle, Rosalynn challenged the women of Yas Tanzania to reconsider the source of their power. Drawing from the February RIPP theme, she shared how the most transformative leaders are not the loudest in the room. They are the ones who have mastered the art of stillness.
Yas Tanzania has been recognized for investing in women's leadership development, including sponsoring young women employees for the Kikwete Foundation's KINARA leadership programme.
"Leadership is not a title; it is the tools, the clarity, and the courage we choose to share with others."
At the second edition of the Evolve & Elevate High Tea, Rosalynn served as the main resource, guiding a room of corporate leaders, career women, and entrepreneurs through the Ikigai journey, a beautiful concept that calls participants to refine their purpose, power and presence in every season of life and identify their True North.
This was also the event where Rosalynn's Purple Circles were officially launched: safe spaces for group coaching and mentoring, where women under 40 can activate their dreams and step boldly into their next chapter.
"Thank you so much Rosalynn for generously sharing your time with us. Your insights were truly inspiring and offered us a meaningful opportunity to reflect on our purpose, power & presence through every season of life while guiding us back to our True North. The world truly needs more powerful voices like yours."

Once a year, a select group of women leaders gathers at the foot of Africa's highest peak for an immersive coaching retreat unlike any other. At 1,800 metres elevation on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, surrounded by alpine forests and panoramic mountain vistas, the Purple Circle comes alive in its most intimate and transformative form.
This is where strategy meets stillness. Where boardroom ambition meets the raw beauty of nature. Where women who lead nations, industries, and communities pause to reconnect with their deepest purpose.

"There is always a quiet voice in your head saying, 'This is not your place; you don't belong here.' But I have learned to maintain a positive attitude throughout my life. Whenever that voice arises, I simply overcome it with positivity."
— Prof. Neema Mori, CRDB Bank Board Chairperson
At the 6th edition of The Citizen Rising Woman breakfast forum, themed "Give to Gain: Elevate Her Rise", Rosalynn sat down with Prof. Neema Mori for an intimate fireside chat on leadership, self-doubt, and the power of investing in women.
Prof. Mori shared how she founded the Women Leading Change programme, which has produced 129 graduates across five cohorts of emerging women leaders in East Africa. Her conviction: "When you invest in a woman, you are investing not only in her but also in the society she serves."
The country's leading platform for promoting women's leadership and gender equality, now in its sixth year. Rosalynn, as Managing Director of Mwananchi Communications, hosted this landmark conversation with one of East Africa's most influential board leaders.
